1. Professional Billable Rates

All work performed by the Managing Principal, or designated agents, is billable to Tomas Ybañez Holdings LLC.

Strategic Consulting: $500.00 per hour

Entity Hardening & Security: $500.00 per hour

Administrative Management: $500.00 per hour

Specialized Outreach (via VA): Billable at project-specific rates as outlined in individual engagement letters.

2. Tomas Ybanez Holdings LLC Interest Protocol

As part of our commercial security hardening, all outstanding debts, invoices, or unsatisfied obligations to the Company are subject to the following interest protocol:

Standard Interest Rate: $100.00 USD Per Diem (daily) until the debt is fully satisfied.

Accrual Commencement: Interest begins accruing exactly 24 hours following the established payment deadline unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Terms of Payment

Standard Terms: Net 7 days from the date of invoice.

Late Fee Threshold: Obligations remaining unsatisfied after 14 days are subject to immediate administrative review and potential suspension of services.

Payment Methods: Bank Wire (ACH), Certified Funds, or Direct Transfer to the Holdings account.

4. Enforcement Schedule: Likeness & Intellectual Property

Accessing this Identity Hub constitutes a constructive notice of these terms. Tomas Ybañez Holdings LLC maintains exclusive rights to the name, likeness, and biographical attributes of its principals and registered associates, including Tomas Miquel Ybañez (D.O.B. 6.7.80) and Timothy Joseph Lyon, Jr. (D.O.B. 9.1.83). All assets will be protected.

Any unauthorized use, surveillance, or breach of confidentiality will be invoiced immediately according to the following schedule:
